A Businessman was robbed ksh4 million in Kisii Town.

Police are searching for a gang that went after and robbed a businessman Sh4.1 million in Kisii Town.

Pratan Patel, a supervisor at Rebate Uber shop, told police he was taking the cash to a bank in the town when he was gone after as he rode on a motorcycle.He said he had called a motorcyclist to count on him on Friday night however the rider changed the route.This provoked the finance manager to attempt to leap off the moving cruiser, which constrained both him and the rider to tumble off.

Furthermore, inside a brief time, one more rider showed up and got the bag that had the cash and dashed off.

Police said the riders, including the person who was conveying the finance manager, dashed off towards Nyanchwa and no capture or recuperation have been made.

The harmed man was gotten and taken to the emergency clinic in stable condition.

Police say they have noted instances of burglaries in the town in the previous weeks where individuals have lost cash.

Last week, a school head and his treasurer lost Sh500,000 they had removed from a bank in the town.

The two had removed the money and went to eat at a neighborhood café and when they returned they found their vehicle was broken into and the cash missing.Police say they are researching the occurrences.
